Kon Minder is the flagship Pale Ale from Baxbier, a Groningen-based brewery founded in 2014 by two friends. Brewed with American Citra hops and orange peel, this refreshing pale ale delivers a distinctive fruity hop character. The nose presents bright citrus and tropical fruit notes. On the palate, fruity hop flavours come through with a slightly bitter finish. At 5.5% ABV, Kon Minder strikes a balance between flavour complexity and easy drinkability.
