The beer displays a light golden colour with a stable white head. The nose shows spicy character with notes of bread and a hint of chewing gum. On the palate, spiciness leads, supported by malt backbone. The finish is dry and warming, befitting its strength. De Brouwschuur has operated as a full brewery since 2016 and contributes to Weert's local beer culture with a carefully curated range.
