The brewery traces its roots back to 1398, when the Priory of Corsendonk was home to an important brewing and malting operation. This blonde abbey ale opens with hop aromas alongside spice and fruit notes. On the palate, spice takes the lead, balanced by a measured bitterness that lingers pleasantly through the finish. The beer is crisp and lively, displaying a crystal-clear appearance beneath a fine, persistent white head.
