Camden Hells is the flagship beer of Camden Town Brewery, a London-based craft brewer founded in 2010. This lager bridges two classic German styles—Helles and Pilsner—brewed with malt from Bamberg and a blend of Perle and Hallertau Tradition hops, fermented with Bavarian lager yeast. Pale gold in colour, Hells delivers clean aromas of soft malt and subtle floral hops. The palate is crisp and balanced, with gentle malt sweetness followed by a dry, clean finish. It's a beer built on precision rather than complexity—straightforward, well-executed, and honest. The beer earned Champion Keg Lager at the 2013 International Brewing Awards and bronze at the European Beer Star the same year. Camden Hells has repeatedly been voted the UK's favourite lager, a testament to its approachable character and consistent quality.
