Imparable is a West Coast-style IPA crafted by Basqueland Brewing Project in the Basque Country. This golden ale was dry-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra, delivering a pronounced fruity hop character. The nose presents grapefruit and citrus alongside subtle malt undertones. On the palate, citrus dominates—particularly grapefruit—with hints of pineapple and peach. The bitterness is assertive and lingers into the finish. Light carbonation and a soft, slightly oily texture give the beer body without heaviness.
