Caleya's Harakiri is a hazy, double dry-hopped IPA that puts fruit front and centre. Mosaic, Simcoe and El Dorado BBC hops combine to create a silky beer with tropical and citrus notes, balanced by subtle bitterness and a dry finish that lingers cleanly. This New England-style IPA at 6.6% ABV shows that double dry-hopping needn't be heavy-handed.
