Hazy Discovery Wellington is a New England IPA from Browar PINTA, one of Poland's largest microbreweries and a pioneer of the Polish craft beer movement. This beer is brewed with a distinctive ingredient: Phantasm powder made from Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, adding fruity and floral dimensions to the brew. The hop blend features Mosaic (HBC 369), Strata, Mosaic Incognito, El Dorado and Mosaic Cryo, delivering tropical fruit, lime and floral notes. The result is a balanced interplay of fruitiness and bitterness with a golden hue.
