Rolduc Abdijbier is brewed according to an old and original recipe within the historic walls of Rolduc Abbey in Kerkrade. This blonde abbey beer is crafted entirely from malt and undergoes bottle conditioning, giving it a living character. The beer displays a golden hue in the glass. The flavour follows the aroma with creamy, malty notes and a subtle spiced, almost floral character. The finish is mild and gently bitter, bringing the beer into balance.
