This beer emerged from brewer Martijn de Zeeuw's passion for quality brewing, with the brewery launching in 2020 following a win at the Dutch National Home Brewing Championship. The distinctive character comes from the yeast strain and coriander seed used in brewing, which bring fruity accents to the beer. At 6% ABV, it balances malt sweetness with noble hop notes and mild bitterness. The medium body makes it a naturally drinkable beer suited to relaxed enjoyment.
