Wentersch VIN&ALE is an experimental beer from Winterswijk that merges wine and beer traditions. Grape juice was added during fermentation alongside a special yeast strain that brings out the character of both beverages. The result is a fruity and complex beer with 9% alcohol. This beer reflects the philosophy of Brouwerij Wentersch, a craft brewery in the Achterhoek region. VIN&ALE emerged from a single 2000-litre base batch that yielded five distinct fruity variants through careful fermentation and finishing. A distinctive example of creative brewing and craftsmanship.
