This Tripel stands apart through the addition of eucalyptus from the monastery garden, introducing an unexpected spicy dimension to the classic Belgian style. A golden, unfiltered ale pours with delicate carbonation. The nose blends honey, ripe stone fruit and white pepper with its distinctive eucalyptus aroma.
