Abbazia delle Tre Fontane in Rome has brewed according to Trappist tradition since 2015. This Tripel stands apart through the addition of eucalyptus from the monastery garden, introducing an unexpected spicy dimension to the classic Belgian style. A golden, unfiltered ale pours with delicate carbonation. The nose blends honey, ripe stone fruit and white pepper with its distinctive eucalyptus aroma.
