Troubadour Magma Triple Spiked Brett from Brouwerij The Musketeers is a Belgian IPA where Brettanomyces fermentation takes centre stage. This amber-hued beer delivers spicy and fruity aromas: citrus, mango and hop character form the foundation. On the palate, tropical and citrus fruits mingle with the distinctive funky notes typical of Brett fermentation. At 40 IBU, bitterness provides structure without overwhelming the fruit. Unfiltered and bottle-conditioned, this beer gains complexity from secondary fermentation. At 9.8% ABV and 32 EBC, it represents a full-bodied, balanced take on modern IPA with wild yeast.
