Brouwerij Tamesteut from Hoorn created this ambitious fusion of tripel and IPA styles. The Yippee-Ki-Yay Modder Fokker merges the full, fruity character of a tripel with the hop bitterness and dry finish of an IPA. A subtle dry hop of Mosaic contributes depth and refinement to the profile. At 7% alcohol, it delivers a warm, spicy drinking experience without heaviness. This beer emerged from a bold experimental project where a single 2000-litre base batch was split into five distinct fruity variants. The result showcases how brewery creativity can yield unexpected and rewarding flavour combinations.
