Brouwerij Tamesteut from Hoorn crafts this commanding Imperial Stout with a full body and rich flavour profile. At 9% ABV, the beer delivers noticeable warmth and depth. The nose reveals roasted malt, coffee and chocolate with hints of caramel. On the palate, coffee and dark chocolate dominate, complemented by subtle notes of red fruit and caramel. A smooth texture with mousse-like foam gives the whole a luxurious character. This beer won the title 'Best Heavy Beer of Noord-Holland' in 2019. The combination of roastiness, sweetness and fruitiness pairs well with rich fish, spiced dishes and meat.
