Slot Oostende Springbock is a crisp spring bock brewed in the historic Slot Oostende castle in the centre of Goes, built around 1300. This bock offers refreshing character with lemongrass and pronounced hop bitterness. The brewery, housed in the city's oldest building, began production in April 2017 and brews with modern efficiency grounded in tradition under master brewer Jens van Stee. The Springbock is crafted using pure barley, malt and hops.
