Pronck Spieghels is a witbier specially brewed for Jazzcafé De Twee Spiegels in Leiden. Founded in 2014 by two students, Brouwerij Pronck develops and bottles all its beers in-house near Leiden's city centre. This witbier brings a fresh twist through the addition of lemongrass and coriander seed. At 5.7% ABV, it is a light and approachable beer with soft bitterness from noble hop flowers. The character is soft-acid and refreshing, making it an excellent pairing with fatty fish, tapas and bitter garnishes. A flavourful witbier that combines the style's characteristic brightness with distinctive herbal notes.
