Pronck Verse Hop '20 is an American-style IPA from Brouwerij Pronck in Leiden, brewed with fresh hop flowers during harvest season. The beer combines Pale Ale and sour malt with oat flakes, finishing with three hop varieties: Cascade, Centennial and Chinook. The result is crisp, hoppy and bittersweet – best enjoyed fresh. The aroma reveals fruity notes with grapefruit and citrus from the hops. The palate balances hop bitterness against malt sweetness, with clear fruity character. The finish is spicy and hoppy with a light, pleasant bitterness.
