After nine months of maturation in oak Calvados barrels, this beer gains subtle wood and vanilla character while retaining the fresh foundation of their blonde recipe. The barrel aging deepens the beer without overwhelming its original character. The Blond Barrel Aged pours a clear blonde with a stable head. The nose carries hop aromatics alongside oak and barrel influences. On the palate, hop bitterness and fresh notes blend with softer oak and vanilla undertones. The finish is dry and clean, with a pleasant lingering quality.
