At 6.5% ABV, this beer emerged from an ambitious experiment: a single 2000-litre base batch was transformed into five distinct fruity variants. The Zilt Blond owes its distinctive character to a pinch of sea salt and a carefully selected blend of Tomahawk and Cascade hops, which deliver spicy citrus notes. Bottle conditioning adds vibrancy to the beer. Crafted from four malts including wheat and hopped thoughtfully across five brewing stages, it develops a fresh, fruity profile that shines when served lightly chilled.
