Katzwijm is a robust IPA from Brouwerij Homeland, Amsterdam's craft brewery. American hops—Loral, Simcoe and Cascade—deliver a floral and fruity bouquet characteristic of the style. The malt bill of rye and light caramel malts creates a full, malty base with gentle sweetness. Strong hop bitterness defines the palate, complemented by resinous and citrus notes. At 6.5% ABV, Katzwijm balances malty depth with the assertive bitterness expected of an India Pale Ale.
