Het Roze Varken Knorretje is an amber ale from Brouwerij Het Roze Varken in Arnhem. The brewery started in 2000 as a hobby project by Wim Stam, inspired by his father who also brewed beer. It became a full-fledged brewery in 2013. This amber ale displays a clear dark amber colour with a white head. Caramel and coriander notes emerge on the nose. The palate opens sweet but finishes with a fairly assertive bitterness, supported by a warming alcohol presence at 7.2% ABV.
