SchuppenBoer is the flagship beer of Brouwerij Het Nest in Turnhout, a tripel born from the passion of a homebrewing collective. This amber-coloured ale at 8.5% ABV combines the crisp bitterness of cascade hops with fresh coriander, striking a distinctive balance between fruitiness and spice. On the nose, full and creamy malt character emerges with subtle citrus undertones. The palate reveals fruity notes, mildly spiced and approachable, without harsh edges. The finish delivers a gentle bitterness that closes cleanly without lingering. SchuppenBoer takes its name from the Farmer card in the playing-card suit – Turnhout is Belgium's playing-card capital. This beer has earned its place in Het Nest's core range.
