Keizer Karel Ommegang is a blonde tripel from Brouwerij Haacht, created to honour the famous Ommegang procession in Brussels—the celebration commemorating Emperor Charles V's Joyous Entry in 1549. This straw-coloured beer is bottle-refermented and strikes a refined balance between fruit and bitter notes.

Citrus aromas lead the nose, joined by spicy and delicate floral undertones. The palate reveals aniseed-like phenols, citrus and caramel in a complex interplay, tempered by Belgian hops. The finish is crisp and dry, with a lingering hop bitterness that defines the beer's character.
