Schoolmelk from Brouwerij De School is a Milkshake IPA combining passionfruit and lactose into a full, flavourful experience. Brewed with pilsner and pale ale malt and hopped with Chinook and Cascade, this beer receives passionfruit additions during fermentation for abundant fruity aromas and flavours. The name honours the brewery's history, renamed from Brouwerij de Twee Knaapjes to Brouwerij De School in 2017. This independent Amsterdam-rooted brewery is one of the few true breweries with its own brewing kettles in the city.
