Pareltje aan de Vliet is Brouwerij CAVÉ's inaugural commercial beer, released in July 2019 from their Voorschoten base. This American Pale Ale is brewed with three different hop varieties and delivers a crisp, citrus-forward character ideal for warmer months. The beer presents a dry finish with pleasant hop bitterness and subtle tartness. The hop character is well-integrated and leaves a satisfying aftertaste.
