Brewski's Double Nipple is a hop-forward Double IPA from Helsingborg, Sweden, brewed with substantial amounts of Mosaic hops and London Fog yeast. The result is a beer with light creamy mouthfeel despite its aggressive hop saturation. The nose opens with distinct citrus, pine and tropical fruit aromas, balanced by a modest bitterness that avoids harshness. On the palate, sweet malt provides foundation for intense hop bitterness and fruity esters. Citrus and grapefruit notes lead, followed by tropical fruit character. The finish is clean and dry, with a lingering hop presence that remains pleasant rather than overstaying its welcome.
