This wheat beer is first brewed to full strength, lagered for six weeks, then gently de-alcoholized using cold membrane filtration. The result is a naturally cloudy, fresh and fruity beer with distinctive banana and clove aromas. The brewery follows German weizen tradition, using wheat malt and Polaris hop for a balanced, refreshing taste. Lindeboom is certified by Slow Brewing as the only Dutch brewery meeting this standard.
