Petrus Infinitum is a celebratory beer marking Brouwerij De Brabandere's 130th anniversary. This bold blend combines a well-hopped tripel with a refreshing foeder beer, created through spontaneous fermentation and rebottling. The name honours both the brewery's rich heritage and Petrus, the first specialty beer ever brewed in Bavikhove. Golden in colour with a full, spiced character and fresh citrus notes, this beer unfolds layers of floral and citrus aromas alongside yeasty fruit and wine-like complexity. The palate brings toffee and noble hop bitterness into harmony with subtle lactic acidity and vinous undertones, finishing clean and lingering with balanced bitterness.
