Founded in 2002 by Benoît and Viviane Johnen, the brewery crafts small batches using natural ingredients and spices. Canaille emerges as a blonde witbier with fruity and spicy character. The nose reveals citrus and coriander notes that immediately stand out. At 5.2% ABV, this is an approachable beer that drinks lightly without heaviness.
