Lindeboom's Venloosch Alt is a rare Dutch altbier, drawing inspiration from Düsseldorf's brewing heritage. This top-fermented beer displays a beautiful amber colour and is brewed with crystal-clear spring water from the brewery's own source. The flavour balances malty sweetness with hoppy bitterness, complemented by subtle fruity character. A full, spicy aftertaste gives the beer welcome complexity. At 5.2% ABV, it drinks cleanly while respecting both traditional brewing methods and contemporary palate expectations. Venloosch Alt earned a Gold medal at the 2023 World Beer Awards in the Dark Beer category, recognizing the craftsmanship behind this distinctive Dutch brew.
