Dominus is a Belgian Dubbel brewed by Brouwerij John Martin in Genval, following an ancient monastic recipe. The beer emerged from a collaboration with a Benedictine Abbey and is prepared with natural ingredients: malted barley, unmalted wheat, and carefully selected hop varieties. The flavour balances caramel sweetness with subtle banana notes. The beer carries a light to medium body with crisp carbonation. The finish is clean and restrained in bitterness, reflecting the monastic brewing traditions that inspired this beer. As part of more than a century of brewing heritage under the English Martin family, Dominus represents craftsmanship and continuity in the Belgian beer tradition.
