Gulpener brews this organic pilsner to a simple recipe: barley, water and hops, nothing else. The beer comes from the Limburgian region where the brewery has been active since 1825. Barley and grains come from local farmers, water from their own spring, and hops from nearby. Fresh and light in character, with a pleasant sparkle. The aroma shows hoppy and herbal notes with citrus accents. The flavour offers a balance between malt and hop, with a bitter aftertaste that lingers pleasantly.
