This Quadrupel is a robust, complex ale at 12% alcohol that blends traditional brewing techniques with modern innovation. Founded by Ad Zwinkels and Marty Olsthoorn, the brewery works with high-quality malt, wheat and oats, and carefully selects hop varieties. Subtle spices or herbs are occasionally added to their recipes. This Quadrupel reflects their craftsmanship and passion for brewing.
