Texels Geheim #5 is an experimental brew from Texelse Bierbrouwerij on the Wadden island of Texel. Unable to choose between their favourite recipes, the brewers created a hybrid—the result is a fruity IPA with a pale golden hue and pleasant hop bitterness. The aroma is fresh and fruity, with distinct passion fruit notes delivering a sharp, appealing bite. The palate is clean and dry, with well-balanced bitterness that never becomes harsh. The finish is crisp and refreshing, leaving a pleasant lingering impression.
