Hiddenseer Weizen from Rügener Insel-Brauerei is a traditional Bavarian wheat beer defined by artisanal craft. Founded in 2015, the brewery brews this weizen with floor-malted barley, natural hops, and open fermentation in sea air. The result is a lightly hazy, golden-orange beer topped with a generous, fluffy head.

The aroma displays classic hefeweizen notes: banana and citrus with tropical fruit undertones.
