Zwarte Raaf is a dark wheat beer from Hertog Jan's experimental Proeftuin series, created in spring 2023 for the festival season ahead. At 8.9% ABV, it delivers a full, warming experience with a robust foam head.

The brewers built on Hertog Jan Prestige Malt Blend, enriched with various caramel malts and roasted barley. Goldings hops contribute intense aromatic character. The flavour is malty and gently sweet, with roasted wheat notes and a full body that remains surprisingly smooth.

Subtle bitterness invites the next sip. Serve at 8–10°C.
