Żytko from Browar Kazimierz is a rye IPA from Poland with a surprisingly golden hue. The rye contributes distinctive spice and grainy character to the beer. The nose reveals citrus, pine resin and tropical fruit, backed by a sweet malt foundation. On the palate, grainy sweetness meets a well-defined bitterness with grapefruit pith notes. The beer flows smoothly with full body and a long, dry finish.
