Nelson Sauvin and Sabro hops bring distinctive citrus and grape notes to the beer. At 5.5% ABV and just 15 IBU, Skeleton Crew bridges West Coast hop bitterness with approachable drinkability. The recipe combines barley malt, flaked rice and flaked corn for a clean, light profile.
