Belzebuth Ginger is a light wheat beer from Brasserie Goudale, the French brewery in Arques with over 70 years of brewing heritage. This fruity variant combines a classic witbier foundation with fresh ginger aromatics and lime zest. The result is a highly approachable, virtually bitterless beer with soft ginger-candy notes and a dry, tea-like finish. At 4.5% ABV, this works well as an aperitif or summer refresher without heavy tannins. The ginger provides subtle warmth without harshness, while the citrus adds brightness and lift.
