Gilda is a fresh, tropical IPA from Basqueland Brewing in the Basque Country. Founded in 2015 by American brewers who spotted an opening in the local beer market, the brewery now earns awards for its authentic, character-driven craft beers. This IPA shines with a generous blend of Mosaic, Citra and El Dorado hops, delivering a juicy tropical aroma and palate. Peach, cantaloupe and red fruits lead the way, followed by a refreshing, lightly bitter citrus finish. At 6.1% ABV, it strikes an approachable balance between hop intensity and drinkability. Named after the iconic Basque pintxo—a simple yet perfect pairing of grilled peppers, anchovies and olives—Gilda echoes that same philosophy: purposeful, unpretentious, and built to satisfy.
