Rothaus Tannenzäpfle Alkoholfrei is the alcohol-free interpretation of the Black Forest brewery's flagship pilsner. Badische Staatsbrauerei Rothaus, located in Grafenhausen, crafts this beer with pure spring water from the Black Forest, organic malt, and noble hops—the same foundation as the original Tannenzäpfle. To preserve the character of its classic pilsner, the brewery employs a higher original gravity in production. The result is a well-rounded balance of gentle malt sweetness and restrained bitterness. The beer is bright, refreshing, and remarkably flavourful for an alcohol-free offering—without the thin, watery character that often defines NA beers. It pairs naturally with pretzels and other savoury fare.
