Super Cadix is the dry, hop-forward lager from Antwerpse Brouw Compagnie, an independent brewery founded in 2010 to revive Antwerp's lost brewing heritage. This is Antwerp's first low-fermentation beer, brewed with three malt varieties for a robust backbone and heavily hopped with aromatic hop varieties from three continents. Fermented simultaneously with two yeast strains, Super Cadix delivers a fresh, sparkling mouthfeel with a pleasant hop bite and thirst-quenching finish. At 5.6% ABV, it offers plenty of flavour without heaviness. Late hopping and dry-hopping give this lager its distinctive, aromatic character.
