Witzige Weizen from vandeStreek is a full, creamy wheat beer brewed with organic ingredients. The Utrecht brewery, founded by two brothers, brings a playful twist to the traditional Weizen style with refreshing citrus notes. The characteristic banana character of a classic Weizen forms the foundation, complemented by crisp citrus aromas that make each sip enjoyable. The appearance is pale golden and hazy with a generous white head. Aromas of yeast, wheat and a hint of coriander lead the nose. The palate is fresh and drinkable, featuring the signature banana notes of the style alongside citrus flavours. A clean, pleasant finish rounds it out.
