Brewed by Brasserie Elfique in Aywaille, in the Ardennes, this IPA draws character from legendary springs and centuries of local heritage. It is a fresh, thirst-quenching IPA with pronounced bitterness and fruity depth. The brewery sources barley malt from local farmers, Belgian hops, and pure spring water.

The nose reveals stonefruit and tropical notes—mango and papaya—likely from Galaxy or Citra hops. The mouthfeel is smooth and juicy, never harsh despite the clear bitterness. This is an IPA served without pretence, equally at home as an aperitif or alongside food.
