Pfefferlechner Freedl is a low-alcohol Pale Ale from Hausbrauerei Pfefferlechner in South Tyrol, Italy. Brewed with alpine spring water and 100% South Tyrolean malt combined with various hop varieties, this beer reflects the brewery's commitment to natural ingredients and craft quality. Founded in 2005 by Martin Laimer on a family estate in Lana, Pfefferlechner gained recognition as Italy's first craft brewery to specialise in non-alcoholic beer production. Despite its minimal alcohol content, Freedl delivers genuine beer character through a special blend of microorganisms during fermentation. The result is a light, refreshing Pale Ale that maintains flavour complexity and approachability.
