This brewery pushes the limits of NOLO brewing with a striking teal-blue pour and layered flavour despite its minimal 0.5% ABV. The nose presents sweet fruity aromas, while the palate brings red berries, citrus notes and a tart bite. Malic acid and fruit sugar add complexity to the profile. Brewed in collaboration with craft partners, the result balances malt depth with hop character in ways unexpected for alcohol-free beer. Medium body and soft carbonation round out the experience.
