Birra Dolomiti Pils is brewed by Fabbrica di Pedavena, a historic brewery established in 1897 in the Veneto region of northeast Italy. The beer draws its character from pristine spring water flowing from the Dolomites, creating a clean and refined foundation. Noble hops—particularly Spalt Select—are added cold to deliver floral notes without aggressive bitterness. The beer appears pale golden with a compact, creamy head. On the nose, gentle grain and pronounced floral tones emerge from the cold-steeped hops. The palate is mild and grainy with a fresh, slightly vegetative quality. Crisp carbonation and a light body make it refreshingly dry, finishing clean. This is a straightforward Pils that finds its appeal in clarity and balance rather than intensity.
