This Italian lager is distinguished by a subtle hint of Italian sea salt, which adds a refreshing character to the classic lager formula. Brewed from water, malted barley, maize, hops and hop extract, Sale di Mare delivers a medium-bodied beer with a naturally hazy golden appearance. The sea salt addition provides a full, rounded taste without excessive saltiness. This is a relatively new innovation from Birra Moretti, launched in 2024, intended to capture the spirit of the Italian coast in a contemporary, unfiltered lager.
