Coconut Wars is an Imperial Stout from Toledo, Spain, born from a collaboration between Cervezas Speranto and Guaja Brewery. This robust 11.3% ABV brew showcases toasted coconut without overwhelming the palate. The aroma layers dark malt with restrained tropical character, while the taste weaves together chocolate, vanilla and tonka bean. Full-bodied and carefully balanced, it reads as a complex, dessert-like experience.
