This is a refreshing beer with character: Weizen yeast brings fruity and floral notes to the fore, while lemongrass and a hint of tartness keep it lively. The aromas are fruity and floral, with citrus hints. On the palate, fruity and floral flavours follow with gentle bitterness, supported by typical Weizen character. The finish is pleasantly tart and crisp, keeping the whole in balance. At 6.7% alcohol, Dibbes offers warmth without heaviness.
